Chief Operating Officer - Sacha Marquis hails from the beautiful Caribbean Island of St. Lucia.  She is passionate about family and is always ready to serve.   With 13 years of combined experience in the construction/design industries, she specializes in construction estimating, planning, hand-drafting, computer-aided design, with an emphasis in kitchen, furniture, and home decoration sales.  She takes pleasure in seeing her designs come to fruition.  Blessed Beyond Belief, Inc. is another palette for which her creative design and ideas will flourish.  Her spiritual maturity, genuine kindness, authenticity and leadership training she received by managing more than 25 contractors on different jobs and locations makes her a vital part of the team.  Sacha is an incredible woman, mother of 2 and the epitome of a servant leader.

Belinda T. Clanor is the CEO and Founder of UnConventionalism. Belinda has dedicated over fifteen years of her life to her career by providing care in medicine. She served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy and worked as a Family Practice doctor for Sharp Mission Park and Scripps Coastal Medical Group in San Diego, CA.​ As a physician, she spent over a hundred hours a week at work with little time for anything else.  During her time in medicine, she acquired the honorable title of mother and has since been blessed with four children, Elijah Reese, Evelyn Grace, Talia Elise and Olivia. Through her journey, she learned that children do not measure love with provision, but with time.  Due to this reason, her career has taken a unique path from medicine to business telecommunications to creating Blessed Beyond Belief, Inc., Grace Enterprises and UnConventionalism, Inc.  She feels fortunate that her life's mission has integrated with her medical foundation and business background.  She plans to continue serving others and hopes that more people are willing to join her to help those who are in need. Belinda attended the University of California, San Diego for her Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology with a minor in Ethnic Studies.  She obtained her Doctorate at Des Moines University and completed her Family Practice residency at Glendale Adventist Medical Center in Pasadena, CA, an Associates Degree in Business Management from Miramar College and a Masters Degree in Business from the University of Southern California.  She currently resides in San Diego, CA with her family.
